Daily Habits for a Better You These are simple and effective things you can do daily for 5 minutes or so each that are going to help you be the best version of you in all areas of life. You don't need to do them everyday, it can be overwhelming if you already have a lot on the go. But remember that the other stuff doesn't come until we put our health first. So aim for atleast one a day and track it in your journal. Spiritual: Meditation, prayer, breathwork, quiet time in nature, grounding on earth, yoga, going to a spiritual or religious center, sound baths, cacao ceremony, plant medicine ceremony, etc. Mental: Read a book, learn a new language, do a brain training exercise, watch a podcast/listen to an audiobook where you learn something new, attend a lecture, create a to do list and get stuff crossed off, create a budget or financial plan, create a goals list, create a goal plan, study, homework/school work, workshop, etc. Physical: Exercise, yoga, stretching, eating healthy foods, juicing, grounding, sports, martial arts, hiking, going for a walk/run, hot tub, ice bath, steam room, salt room, breathwork, etc. Emotional: Journaling, breathwork, gratitude journal, positive affirmations, spending time with friends or family, having a phone call with someone you care about, having lunch with someone, going on a fun date, enjoying time alone doing something you love, having a candle lit bath, playing board games with friends, zoom calls with a like minded community, etc. Every week we are going to see what you did daily so keep track and see how it makes you feel to put you first. 🙌🙏🩵
