Subject to your consent, we also collect your photos when we take a screenshot of our Zoom Calls during meetings with Registered Users. This consent is voluntary and is granted for an indefinite period unless you notify us in writing to withdraw your consent. Your right to withdraw your consent can be done at any time by contacting us at clientcare@evolutionhouse.ca. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will cease using your name and image for future marketing materials. However, previously published materials may continue to be used. All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.”

Order Information: When you place an order through our website, we collect various types of information related to your order, including but not limited to Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.), Order details (products or Services purchased, order number, purchase date) and Shipping information (shipping address). Such information is collectively called the “Order Information.”

 

  1. Billing Information: When you purchase a product or Service, you will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information and Order Information noted above. Such information may include a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and similar information.
